Amy Cares is a main protagonist in Dr. Cares series. She is the veterinarian that assists as many animals as she can! Amy is the granddaughter of Arthur Cares, daughter of Alice Cares, and the mother of two children - her 2-year-old daughter Alicia Cares and her 1-year-old daughter Sylvie Hawkins.

Amy begins on her adventure after she officially become a vet. Amy has set up for Arthur's retirement. She goes on an adventure to save the pets around the United States. Meanwhile, Amy's boyfriend Jasper annoys her during her adventure. Amy saves Maggie, Killian Murray's dog, but she didn't save Hunter. Since New York isn't her right place for her, Snuggford is only Amy's decision to take over her grandfather's clinic.

- Amy Cares is a mom of two! On Monday, December 5th, 2022, Amy Cares and Jack Hawkins gave birth to a second baby girl, Sylvie Hawkins. Sylvie Hawkins arrived a little late but with much aplomb (and an easier/speedier delivery than her big sister Alicia Cares, much to the delight of her parents). Every adage is true: their hearts have doubled in size and the immediacy of the love is fabulous. Sylvie Hawkins is beyond words and Amy and Jack are so grateful for their family of four!
- Since 3 months when Sylvie Hawkins was born, Amy Cares and Jack Hawkins played the songs that are suitable for their children. In addition to Amy and Jack having fun with their daughters, they also tell them a story about How The Grinch Stole Christmas and more, as well as teaching Alicia Cares how to speak the first words. Having to play with kids toys for Alicia Cares and Sylvie Hawkins is always fun, but is always useful to keep them safe and secure for the family to teach them important lessons. Will Amy and Jack keep the daughters occupied during work?
- Amy Cares' daughter Alicia Cares has just turned two! On August 29th, 2023, Amy Cares and Jack Hawkins celebrate their daughter Alicia's 2nd birthday with her family. They had fun in the picnic for the celebration with their friends and relatives as a treat. Every day is different; Amy Cares and Jack Hawkins were nursing their babies until Alicia grows up into a toddler. The love is so immediate, sometimes Amy and Jack were busy at work while looking at the daughters feel like it was questionable, and unsure what to do next to keep them companied. Is this feeling going to last forever? Is this just the foreseeable future? And some time later, Amy found her equilibrium again. Everything is a phase and not to get too set in their ways about anything - and it's true. May Amy and Jack keep looking after their children healthy and safely!
- As Amy Cares' second baby girl is coming next week, Amy and her family are preparing their nursery for the next generation of Dr. Cares' family. Sylvie Hawkins will be the fabulicious name in the matchmaking bond of Amy Cares and Jack Hawkins. As they play the patient waiting game, Amy will take all the snuggles with the sweetest girl she knows. Alicia is still too young to understand the concept of baby sister, but intuitively, Amy thinks she knows there is change in the air and she's going to be the best big sister ever.
- When Amy is 22 weeks pregnant, Amy Cares and Jack Hawkins have been prepared for the wedding. Her good friend Angela Napoli prepared them with a beautiful wedding dress and suit matching their theme of their wedding. She invited her good friends and sent out invitation cards as a campaign for the wedding. This wedding event took place at the park on Saturday, May 8th, 2021, and the wedding ceremony has commenced on Sunday, May 9th, 2021.
- On Sunday, May 9th, 2021, Amy and Jack are officially married and celebrated as newlyweds! 2 weeks after Amy and Jack are married, they are on a honeymoon trip to a honeymoon hotel to celebrate as a couple. 4 weeks since Amy and Jack are married, they are preparing a nursery for the baby shower.
- On the 31st week of pregnancy, Amy is taking a maternity yoga session for the next 8 weeks, as well as taking a healthy pregnancy diet for the baby.
- As Amy Cares is becoming a new mother soon, Amy begins to measure her pregnant belly to identify her baby size. She weighs her baby from 36 to 39 weeks pregnant, resulting in 2.62 - 3.28 kilograms of a fetus.
- In just a week before the baby is due, Amy is preparing for labor. Amy and Jack are scheduled to head to the maternity center once she is ready for labor before or on Sunday, August 29th. The new baby is coming soon!
